Based in Sidney, British Columbia, BLUE. was founded in 2024 by husband and wife Graeme and Brittany Scott. After having a difficult time renting good quality decor that was easily accessible and transportable within Victoria, BC and the surrounding Gulf Islands, the couple decided to create the solution for future couples with BLUE.
